опять стал запускатся KDM
причина - этот скрипт.
Содержимое /etc/sysconfig/desktop
--------
DESKTOP=Gnome2
--------
В результате скрипт его не опознает поскольку fgrep запускается без ключа -i
Как минимум этот ключ надо добавить.

Может ли /etc/sysconfig содержать другие переменные кроме Desktop ?
Например резервный Desktop Environment, или например указать DM отличный
от DE ?
М.б. было бы правильнее делать ". /etc/sysconfig/desktop" , а потом echo
$DESKTOP | fgrep ?

Раз у нас появляются новые DE, м.б. предусмотреть чтобы DE могли
объявлять о своих предпочтениях, выкладывая файлы в какуб-то общую
папку? Сейчас чтобы внести информацию о новом DE нужно модифицировать rundm.

Ошибка.
Должны быть только буквы GNOME в /etc/sysconfig/desktop
