После апгрейда до php-4.4.2-alt0.cvs20051121.1 перестал работать phpMyAdmin.
Стоял phpMyAdmin-2.5.7-alt2pl1, в процессе разборок проапгрейдил его до
последней версии 2.7.0-pl2, что ничуть не помогло, поскольку проблема не в
нем а в PHP:

Про то, что такое 'configured request variable total name length' и можно ли
его изменить нигде в документации PHP нет ни слова, но эта строка
присутствует в libphp. Понятно, что вышеприведенный код в phpMyAdmin, который
вызывает ошибку, довольно крив (кому пришло в голову использовать в качестве
ключа хеша строку запроса???), но раньше-то работало. Нельзя ли как-нибудь
вернуть работоспособность? Или только пересборкой PHP?
