На самом деле проблема не совсем в этом. Если есть другие пакеты,
которые добавляют свои файлы в этот каталог, при обновлении rpm может
обновить их после того пакета, которому принадлежит этот каталог - вот
в этом случае и остаётся мусор. Аналогичная ситуация возникает и при
удалении пакетов.
