Выключи на пару дней? Тогда те, у кого начнёт ругаться rsync,
по крайней мере будут иметь лишний повод заглянуть на сайты или
в рассылку.
Если "срочно нельзя" _откатить_ потому, что дырка в rsync --
можно было попробовать предупредить, проверили бы варианты.
Зарубежные зеркала, боюсь, просто улетят...
