etcnet при поднятии dvb инетрфейса перестал определять mac адрес dvb карты.
Вместо этого пишет 0.0.0.0.
Перестал определять, возможно, после экспериментов с функцией USE_HOTPLUG.
Поставил yes, затем вернул как было.

Но почему это произошло?
