Мда... Решил я проверить поведение SIM на "чистой" инсталляции.
Взял compact-3.0-rc5.iso. Поставил (зависания на chpasswd "лечил"
kill-ом ;) ). Обновил до текущего (сегодняшнего) Сизифа (только dist-upgrade,
нового там был 1 пакет). Поправил руками конфиг X ("завышенный" видеорежим).
Ситуация с "темным экраном" после переключения в другой видеорежим (из X -
снова в fb, перезапуск X, etc) сохранилась (ядро + i810). Гружусь в kde.
Логинюсь. Ставлю sim (apt-get install sim), следую зависимости от sim-common.
Пускаю SIM. SIM убивает сеанс KDE. 8( Ситуация полностб аналогична той, что
описана в моем письме от 2005-09-07 16:05 "Снова SIM убивает сессию KDE" (и
предыдущему). Перегружаюсь. SIM стартует. Подвожу курсор к окну SIM и начинаю
менять размер... Сессия убита.
Что это!? Драйвер i810? Или SIM? Ни одно приложение не ведет себя подобным
образом.
Так никто ни разу и не ответил.
Ниже конфигурация компа.
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 1.80GHz
RAM: 512
Video: Intel Corporation 82845G/GL[Brookdale-G] onboard
PS: Собирался перейти на Licq - нашел проблемы с кодировками и локалью, о чем
писАл...
