Нет:
SHMMNI System wide maximum number of shared memory segments: imple-
mentation dependent (currently 4096, was 128 before Linux
2.3.99; on Linux, this limit can be read and modified via
/proc/sys/kernel/shmmni).

В общем случае - никак. Если у модуля есть какие-либо параметры с
ненулевыми правами доступа, его будет видно в /sys/module/NAME, даже
если модуль вкомпилирован в ядро (пример - i8042). Наличие некоторых
модулей можно определить по косвенным признакам (типа появления
каких-то файлов в /proc или /sys), специфичным для каждого модуля.
