Есть предложение: вместо на данный момент жёстко вбиваемой локали в ядро
придумать новый параметр ядра, например "nls=" и новую переменную, например
char *set_NLS_DEFAULT, в которую бы помещалось значение CONFIG_NLS_DEFAULT,
если не был указан данный параметр или указан с ошибкой, или значение
параметра "nls=", если указан и он правильный. А все ссылки в ядре на
параметр "CONFIG_NLS_DEFAULT" заменить переменную set_NLS_DEFAULT.
Это для того, что каждый работает со своей локалью, а ядро по-умолчанию берёт
только одно значение. Кто как думает?
Понимаю, что это много чего лопатить (замена CONFIG_NLS_DEFAULT на
set_NLS_DEFAULT, завести переменную set_NLS_DEFAULT, её экспортировать во
все дыры, может, что ещё...).
