после очередного обновления, сегодняшнего, получаю:

apt-get после обновления системы вдал нижеследующее.

apt-get -f install выдаёт то же самое. В чём проблема и как её решить?

Попробуйте для начала полностью снести xorg-x11-devel, а потом поставить. 
После сноса интересно было бы взглянуть на rpm -qf /usr/include/GL .
