Почему в четыре? Намек на спам?
Приходит, с переодичностью в 30 минут, так как и скрипт запускается также.
После перезапуска postgres ошибка пропадает, но через некоторое время
(часы/дни), вновь появляется.
В списке процесоов все нормально:
