Интересная история)

 Втыкаю в USB карточку Compact-Flash, через некий Flash Card Reader/Writer 
(там 4 слота, в том числе и CF), он прекрасно определяет девайс: 

(cut1.txt в аттаче)
Но - монтирует его примерно на секунду, я успеваю увидеть каталоги.. и 
моментально, сволочь, размонтирует обратно)
Причем в логах ругани никакой. Сначала, правда, ругалось, что

но я поменял в fstab   iocharset=koi8-r,codepage=866 - ругань прекратилась, 
ядро все равно про отключение ничего не говорит. Есть девайс, монтирую, мол, 
чего еще хочешь?

Кто сталкивался, чем борол?
