Не надо этого делать. И в именах патчей лучше не злоупотреблять
макросами, IMCO.

Это отголосок былых времён, когда BuildRequires: перебивались,
что ли, автоматически тем же buildreq... в общем, сейчас скорее
атавизм, причём что-то припоминается, что иногда вредный.
