Разве что организовать проверку нужных кусков SPEC-файлов aspell'ом :-)
Ввести процент допустимых слов с ошибочным по мнению aspell'а
написанием в тексте. По превышению - выдавать сообщения из
sisyphus_check вида:
'ERROR: you have problems with grammar in package description'.
