Какая из этих двух формулировок "единственно правильная"?
Предполагая, что существуют совершенно чёткие правила оформления
пакетов, принимаемых в Сизиф, спрашиваю для пользы дела, "почему"
на этот раз " сбойнула система технологического контроля"?
Вопрос-то не дискуссионный, а чисто практический, на впредь.
