у меня стоит apc back-ups, подключен по com-порту, стоит nut (версии еще из
мастера 2.2). Вроде работает (судить сложно - долгих отключений питания не
было).
А так - события и информацию различную упс передает, а в составе nut даже есть
морда для просмотра этой инфы, причем с выбором подключенного упса, если
несколько.
