Пакет kernel-headers-modules-%flavour образуется в результате сборки
пакета kernel-image-%flavour и содержит часть файлов из дерева ядра
после сборки, достаточную для сборки модулей для этого ядра. Точнее,
основная масса файлов лежит в kernel-headers-%flavour (поскольку эти
заголовки могут использоваться и в userspace, что вообще-то
неправильно), но у kernel-headers-modules-%flavour есть зависимость на
kernel-headers-%flavour и соответствующий симлинк.
Для 2.4.x Makefile, попадающий в kernel-headers-modules-%flavour,
немного меняется, чтобы избежать попыток пересборки части файлов ядра
при сборке модулей.
