Они также периодически исчезали при апгрэйде версий кде. В данный момент проблема имеет место быть :-). Можно было бы обойтись собственной программой для скачивания, которая есть у konqueror, но с ней также проблема. Данная программа грузит процессор на 100% и мешает основной работе.
