я запускал /sbin/ifconfig через sudo, а не весь qemu под sudo.
вообще, у меня великолепно работает user-net и самба хостовая видна, но
никакого -smb параметра указывать не надо. Если же параметр указан, то
нужно убедиться в том, что локальная самба остановлена (сам не пользовал,
но читал, что были проблемы).
