Здравствуйте.
Почему в новом SysVinit-usermode лишили юзера возможности выключать
комп?

lrwxrwxrwx    1 root    root                6 Nov 10 14:36 /usr/bin/halt -> reboot
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root    root                6 Nov 10 14:36 /usr/bin/poweroff -> reboot
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root    root               29 Nov 10 14:36 /usr/bin/reboot -> /usr/lib/consolehelper/helper

Или я чтото не понимаю?

А зачем ему выключать комп?
Но если очень-очень нужно, то можно для такого пользователя 
настроить sudo.

У меня в момент тестирования нового пакета не воспроизводилось, poweroff
из пользовательского shell'а прошёл нормально.
Сейчас возможности протестировать нет и не предвидится.
Я верю, что "оно" работает.

P.S. проверьте на всякий случай, что это не последствие #5473.

У меня с третьего раза выключился, в первые оба раза #5493
