Зачастую пакет содержит файлы, которые кладутся в некую общую папку.
Например КДЕшные хелпы, файлы тем Qt/GTK и т.д. В таких случаях надо
думать, кому должна принадлежать эта самая общая папка. Кроме того, иногда
вписать в %files эту папку проще и быстрее, чем вписывать только файлы,
хотя это, разумеется, неправильно. В общем, баги вешать необходимо.
