и спек новой версии драйверов. Перед использованием прочитайте файл
WARNING, пожалуйста.
Сообщения об улучшениях/ухудшениях по сравнению с 8.26, а тж. о
работоспособности на ядрах 2.6 приветствуются.

Андрей, Вы только забыли упомянуть, что при помощи
стандартного kernel-module-ltmodem-std-up.spec этот модуль больше не
соберешь :-). По крайней мере, для 2.4.
Или я что-то делаю не так?

Ээ, ну там лежит новый спек, а старый действительно не подходит.
