VideoCD - mpeg1. mpeg2 - SVCD и DVD
Вы опять не правы: CPU P4 2GHz, MPlayer: DVD - загрузка процессора ок.20%, тот
же фильм сжатый xvid с битрейтом ~1000 без изменения размеров кадра - 5-7%.
Не читайте газеты - читайте документацию;)
