Здравствуйте!
Попробовал и alt3, и alt4 ядра - все одно и то же:
При нажатии кнопку питания ноут не выключается. Т.е. после
System halted матрица тухнет, а питание не отключается.
На ядрах 2.4.25 работало, как ожидалось.

Мы проверяли на 1514cd, все нормально.
У вас что-то с ноутбуком ?

У меня combo. Отличается тем, что DVD/CD-RW. А от Ваших условий
тестирования, наверное, наличием самосборного пакета драйверов для
WiFi-карты Intersil PRISM3. Но та же комбинация на 2.4.25 отлично
отрабатывает. Могу выложить src-пакет где-нибудь (в сизиф просто времени
не хватает, чтобы отшлифовать и вообще разобраться с системой сборки НЕ
ТОЛЬКО ДЛЯ СЕБЯ).

Вспомнил. Не выключался также и без этих драйверов.
