Недавно обнаружил проблему.
При выполнении
kill -TERM <pppd pid> или
kill -INT
pppd не умирает, а зацикливается, пожирает 100% процессора и
валит в логи
Jun 30 23:42:30 hostname pppd[4946]: Terminating on signal 2.
за несколько секунд набирается несколько мегабайт таких
сообщений. kill -9 его убивает, но это не правильно.
Происходит при использовании pptp, на модеме не проявляется.
ppp-2.4.2-alt1
pptp-client-1.4.0-alt1
У кого-нибудь такое наблюдается? Если есть возможность, проверьте
в бете Мастера.
