И так более-менее резюме по теме (котороя я для себя составил):
Некоторые файлы на русском отображаются "почти" корректно. Почти, потому что:
если в файле задействована панель оглавления (слева), то русские символы в ней
отображаются "?"; сам текст отображается корректно.
Некоторые файлы отображаются только стартовой страничкой, переход по ссылке
(локальной, естественно) ни к чему не приводит (думаю, это не связано с
языком документа).
Некоторые файлы отображаю только часть стартовой странички (5-6 строк).
Некоторый файлы не отображаются совсем (выводится страничка About xchm).
Есть скриншоты для всех перечиленных выше вариантов, кого интересует - могу
прислать.
