Хочу оформить диплом бакалавра в LaTeX'e. В стандарте написано. что

На одной странице текста должно размещаться 40+-3 строк, в каждой строке ? 60-75 символов.
Рекомендуемые параметры: междустрочный интервал: одинарный, шрифт: Times New Roman, кегль: 13.

Каким образом это перевести в заголовок? Потому-что размер шрифта в 13 пунктов установить не удаётся
(получается только 12 и 14). А лучше вдруг у кого-нибудь есть готовый вариант заголовка и если не жалко
поделиться, то я бы с удовольствием им бы воспользовался ;-) Пишу сюда, а не в рассылку latex, так как
различных надстроек большое множество и многие советы не подходят. А серьёзно разбираться времени нет.
Уж больно не хочеться всё в word переделывать... ;-(
