Увы, без оракла он точно не соберется, там нужно минимум oratypes.h...
А жаль.

Я его собирал для себя и некоторе время назад спрашивл можно ли как-нибудь уго
упаковывать без установки Оракла.-- не получилось :(
Если нужен спек могу дать, но в нем две проблемы первая он провайдит лишний
скрипт от oracle и теребует установленых библиотек оракл.
