Это сработает только при отсутствии других репозитариев в настройках
apt.

На самом деле можно даже так:
apt-get install '^kernel-modules-.*-2.4.25-std-up-alt4$'
(формат версии ядра - как в uname -r: %version-%flavour-%release)
Правда, эта конструкция сломается при наличии нескольких сборок
одного и того же модуля для одного и того же ядра.
