И правильно, т.к. он собирается из другого пакета. На веб-форме видны
только src.rpm.

Не Sisyphus только, а Compact. В данном случае, впрочем, разницы нет.

AFAIK это только для случая devfs, в обычных случаях надо /dev/ttyLT0.
