[sisyphus] I: nut-2.0.0-alt1 is available

Hi,

В Сизиф после длительного внутреннего тестирования выкладывается новая
версия пакета nut (Network UPS Tools).

Изменений много как в самом nut, так и в его упаковке.

Тем, кто будет обновлять nut <= 1.4.1-alt1, следует иметь в виду, что
- в nut-2.0 немного изменился формат файла upsd.conf, подробности см. в
  /usr/share/doc/nut-2.0.0/UPGRADING
- в nut >= 1.4.1-alt2 изменилось размещение конфигурационных файлов,
  из-за чего придётся переносить прежнюю конфигурацию вручную.

  unnecessary namespace pollution.
- Relocated daemons from /sbin/ to /usr/sbin/, since
  there are no need to keep them in /sbin/.
- Relocated upsd configs from /etc/nut/ to /var/lib/nut/etc/nut/,
  to avoid unnecessary configs duplication.
- Changed pseudousers layout:
  + upsdrvctl: u=upsdrv, g=upsdrv, G=uucp;
  + upsd: u=upsd, g=upsd, G=upsdrv;
  + upsmon, upslog: u=upsmon, g=upsmon.
- Reworked start/stop scripts.
- Packaged drivers separately.
- Packaged usb drivers separately from other drivers.
- Packaged SSL infrastructure.
- Updated URLs, summaries and descriptions.
