С некоторой долей вероятности. Я не уверен, что Qt-3.2 (или с какой там
собран KDE-3.1.x) бинарно совместим с Qt-3.3. Впрочем, всегда можно
рискнуть, поставить (RPM'ом, не APT'ом) рядом две QT и попробовать
установить MySQLNavigator. У меня таким образом жили две libsensors
(старая, с которой была собрана KDE осеннего или даже летнего разлива, и
новая, с которой жило все остальное). Ничего, никто не умер. Типа, чем
черт не шутит и все такое. Но, естественно, no warranty of any kind и
все такое прочее.
Кроме этого остается, разумеется, возможность пересборки
mysqlnavigator'а в вашей среде. Там точно никаких проблем не будет.
