Вы про, например, тот SEGSEGV который я получаю при неправильной
настройке, до ужаса невнятную диагностику, полное отсутствие (или я совсем
слепой?) отладочного вывода и прочий дурдом на выезде? И, соответственно,
у Вас нет никакого желания разгребать потом гигабайты багрепортов и
вопросов (или самостоятельно писать документацию),
Ужас :(
А если я ещё скажу, что очень хочу, чтобы логин пользователя добавлялся в
заголовки письма, то, чувствую, для приёма почты от пользователей дешевле
будет свой SMTP-сервер написать, который потом её будет postfix'у отдавать
%-(
