Потому что у libsensors в очередной раз сменился soname,
следовательно, все зависимые пакеты нужно пересобрать. А ksensors
пересобрать некому, поскольку он уже давно лежит в orphaned.

Конфликт по библиотечной части? Вроде бы намечался переезд на более свежую
версию libsensors и возможно Вы оказались на перепутье :)

Выходит, по политике партии, пользователь пересобирает такой пакет сам у
себя на машине из SRPMs, до тех пор, пока пакет не перестанет
пересобираться либо пока пользователь не возьмёт шефство над пакетом :-)

ну так и возьмите этот ksensors на себя. политика партии такая, что никто не
ограничивает количество маинтейнеров, пусть даже одного пакета ;)
