Э-э-э, извините, но это тут непричем. Я знаю, что любую программу можно
заставить напечатать именно то, что ты хочешь, даже если придется заниматься
binary hack'ами, но к корректному описанию локали это не имеет никакого
отношения.
P.S. Вспоминая давешнюю историю про KSI-1.x и iplabs. Впрочем, кто
старое помянет... :-)).
