Доброго времени суток.
У меня возникла проблема с моим провайдером: FTP-прокси не работает.
Быстро это вряд ли починят.
Нельзя ли учредить зеркало Sisyphus, доступное по HTTP,
специально для таких случаев?

А rsync-траффик провайдер пропускает нормально?
Если да, то можно воспользоваться пакетом apt-rsync.
