Проблема правиться будет а то 2 дня уже обновитсья нормально не выходит?
И вообще от чего возникла такая ситуация? стоит ли уже беспокоиться о
безопасности обновления из сизифа или пока рано?:_)))

Проверьте "rpm -Kvv" старых и новых пакетов.
Напишите мне, чем они отличаются.
Ввиду возможности таких вещей как

надо быть всегда на страже.
