После смены видеокарты долго вообще не мог запустить комп, вис каждые две-три
минуты. Снял все внешние устройства (звуковуха, сетевуха) и подключил
встроенные. Материнская плата Gigabyte на чипсете Nvidia Nforce2 AGP8.
Перестало виснуть, но начали происходить чудеса с ромом и райтером, висящими
на hdc(райтер) и hdd(dvdrom). В modules.conf прописано:
alias ide-cd sr_mod
alias block-major-11 scsi_hostadapter
alias scsi_hostadapter ide-scsi
В процессе загрузки в логах появляется:

Но ни одна прога не видит их. Смонтировать невозможно, они прописаны как скази
и всегда все прекрасно работало. Что я вынужден делать? Меняю что-либо в
modules.conf, возвращаю что было и делаю depmod. В логах появляется:

И после этого все работает как положено. До следующей перезагрузки. После чего
начинай все с начала... Я уж не знаю, как только не менял modules.conf - не
помогает. Прошу подсказки, устал уже с этой гадостью бороться.
