[sisyphus] xinetd дока не совпадает с демоном

стоит xinetd-2.3.11-alt1

написал в uw-imap описании сервиса
       log_on_failure          = HOST USERID ATTEMPT RECORD  


в доке:
 It has four valid values:                               
 HOST (again, the remote host's IP address), USERID (same as log_on_success),                              
 ATTEMPT (simple acknowledge that a failed attempt was made), and RECORD 
(grabs as much info about the remote end as is possible). In this default 
xinetd.conf,  the remote machine's address as well as any other information 
it can garner are  logged (log_on_failure = HOST RECORD).              

получил:

Oct 24 12:17:33 mail xinetd[27091]: Bad log_on_failure flag: RECORD [line=12]                         
Oct 24 12:17:34 mail xinetd[27091]: Sending signal 9 to imap server 23660  

что такое?

может, ATTEMPT RECORD вместе нельзя? 
а как об этом догадаться?

То бишь этого параметра нет. (Пробегало как-то раз в рассылке, когда было 
обновление xinetd).

ага. значит зря я верил доке, лежащей в /usr/share/doc

может, в бугзиллу написать? чтобы в сборке пакета доку подправили

Не стоит, см. changelog от xinetd-2.3.11-alt2.
