Это уже выше моего понимания. Зачем утилитам для настройки принтеров
понадобился emacs? а tetex?? Всего 37 мегабайт ради пакета в 130KB, шутка не
выглядит остроумной честно говоря.

В вышеуказанном в tetex-dvips -- все так. А вот в emacsen-startscripts --
нет, я уже указывал на это. Дело в том, что emacsen-startscripts
совершенно необоснованно требует наличия emacsen -- виртуальной сущности,
которая обеспечивается бинарными сборками Emacs (в данном случае --
emacs-nox). А должно быть наоборот -- emacsen должны требовать
emacsen-startscripts, потому что он нужен для их функционирования, а не
наоборот.
