Скорее всего из-за перегрева процессора. Потрогайте радиатор
руками, если держать палец слишком горячо, то перегрев. Хотя,
радиатор может неплотно прилегать, и тогда вы ничего не
определите...
Ещё возможно, что конденсаторы на материнской плате, отвечающие
за питание процессора, испортились. Тогда сбои из-за нестабильного
питания. Посмотрите на них внимательно, если они повздувались
и/или вытекли, то причина возможно в них.
А может и то, и другое одновременно...
Перегрев нетрудно проверить с помощью cpuburn, он нагружает
процессор по полной программе.
