Сервер вообще противопоказано из Сизифа обновлять. Если так хочется
новой самбы - вытяни src.rpm и пересобири его для Мастера.

classic включает в себя base
хватит одного classic
Обновлять руками нужно те основные пакеты что dist-upgrade снести
собирается
Для начала rpm, apt, glibc
Проверить не могу - нет установленного Мастера 2.2
