Боюсь, что что-то работает не правильно. Что именно - сказать сразу
трудно. Но первоначальные направления поиска:
1. Включить LogLevel debug в httpd.conf, посмотреть на error.log
2. Проверить, что все собралось нормально - то есть, есть модуль
midgard.so в php.ini, mod_midgard (или mod_midgard) в Апаче (можно
проконтролировать путем просмотра заголовков с версией сервера).
Пока все. Основное - 1.
