Зравствуйте!
После удаления сего чуда, мне раз в 10 минут стали приходить письма следующего
содержания:
Cron <root@localhost> /usr/share/rconf/scripts/cronstat.rb
Отправитель: root@localhost.localdomain (Cron Daemon)
Получатель: root@localhost.localdomain
/bin/sh: line 1: /usr/share/rconf/scripts/cronstat.rb: No such file or
directory
Действительно нету и откуда ентому файлу там появиться, если rconf удален.
Вопрос с другом. Зачем кому-то он понадобился, если, повторюсь, rconf удален?

удален-то удален, но задания для cron, которые он установил, остались.
просмотрите задания cron.
