Не вижу необходимости в подобной программе сейчас. Когда её начали
делать (лет пять тому, судя по датам в архиве) всё это было очень
круто и имело смысл, многое проще было сделать в BlackMail, чем
пытаться изнасиловать sendmail. ;)  Но в exim всё, что умеет делать
BlackMail, делается левой задней ногой - просто, понятно и эффективно.
Думаю, и в postfix не сложнее.

Вот пособирать для сизифа свободные антивирусы - это намного
полезнее будет.
