Здравствуйте.
Дают ли какойто выйгрыш в производительности драйвера для чипсета
nForce 2 и карты GForce 4. И тут в форуме была дискусия о AGP 8x,
как включить подскажите.

про AGP8x.. ну по результатам тестов (www.ixbt.com например) пока нет огромной необходимости чтобы сменить 4x на 8х, пусть даже материнская плата (ну и видео конечно) и поддерживает этот режим.
включить очень просто - прочитать документацию к драйверу от NVidia.
