Добрый день
Как вы думаете, сложно ли будет дополнить(расширить)
функциональность apt чтобы можно было иметь некое подобие
source based линукса ?
А именно чтобы можно было сделать
apt-get source-dist-upgrade ?

Ну в принципе да , только rpm & apt powered :)))

Когда спеки и патчи лежат в *VS и собирается всё это в BTE.
