Тут весьма странная петрушка вырисовывается .
На одной и той же машине новые 4.3 иксы запускаются в ru_RU.KOI8 и ru_RU.cp1251локалях но наотрез отказываются в de_DE . В логах всё абсолютно чисто , тобишь ни единой строчки с (EE) . Мало того логи запуска в обоих случаях идентичны полностью , окромя даты . Проверил diff'ом ..
У меня к сожалению нет в данный момент возможностей проверить это на других машинах , а потому прошу , у кого есть возможность -- подтвердите или опровергните .По результатам соответсвенно либо пойду с проблемой в багтраг либо к психиатру .
