у меня это было, пока я не обновил kde до 3.1.1.
сейчас все в порядке, НО: если войти в control center, а там
куда-нибудь, где нужно ввести пароль root (в настройки kdm, например),
то потом в меню красивый курсор (у меня стоит blueglass) превращается в
обычную черную стрелку.
