Сейчас провел серию экспериментов.
Докопался до следующего.
До тех пор пока не запустить gnome-session-daemon запускается
gnome-panel, nautilus ....
если же загрузить gnome-session-daemon, многие приложения начинают
ругаться и не запускаться, до тех пор пока не перелогинюсь :(
Надеюсь данная информация кому нибудь поможет :)
