diagnostics не работает без /usr/lib/perl5/pod/perldiag.pod. :(
Варианты решения:
1) поставить perl-pod.
2) пропатчить.

Спасибо, этот вариант более приемлем, этот модуль ещё может пригодиться.

Почему? Система -- чистый Мастер 2.2, без апдейтов даже ещё пока.
